SHIPPING INFORMATION

All In-Stock items take approx 5 to 10 working days to ship out. To ensure you get all your goods before your event, you may need to upgrade your shipping method.  Special Order Items will ship after the item is produced.  Need that item ASAP? Three day delivery needs to be placed by 4.00 pm Pacific time to be delivered within three working days.  On weekends, bank holidays and public holidays items cannot be shipped, so any next three day deliveries placed on these days will be shipped on the next working day and delivered to the customer within three business days.  Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries are handled by USPS, FedEx or UPS.  Reliability is key, which is why we use signed-for delivery services.  Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.  Please do not refuse a delivery.  No refunds will be allowed for refused deliveries or deliveries not picked up with the time period of the delivery service.

RETURNS

We can only accept returns on any item that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item shipped to us within 5 days of receipt.

It is important to note that shipping costs are not covered by when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Our return instructions on the returns form enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 5 days of receipt.

When filling out the form, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

You can exchange your item for any size of the original item (permitted that it is In-Stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.  We offer one exchange for every item.

We are unable to accept returns beyond the 5 days of your receipt.
